I purchased the Premier Download At BJ's self checkout and recieved no activation code. Now what?

I purchased the Premier Download At BJ's self checkout in January 2025 and just discovered I received no activation code within the package.  Then I read the tiny Important box at the top right corner of the package to "Exchange with cashier for product."  I don't checkout using cashiers because I've caught them overcharging me for purchases in the past.  What are my options other than driving back to the store?

Sorry you need to take the package and receipt back and get the actual package.   Or you can buy it again online and try to get a refund later.
