I purchased the Deluxe 2023 Turbotax, and downloaded using my license code and received an error message that my windows system is too old. Can I still use my code?

I'm hoping I didn't waste my money purchasing same. It worked great doing my taxes last year.

If your system is not supported you can get a refund from TurboTax if that is where you purchased the software
