I purchased the 2016 home and business Turbotax, and finished one return, need to start the second. I know I need the desktop version, but where is the download???

For Online, Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version      https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288574

Did you just pay for the online version which is called Self Employed version?   If you actually bought the Desktop Home & Business program you need to download and install it.
