For 2019?   You can have an interesting conversation with customer support about that if you want to try.  TurboTax no longer sells 2019 software, no longer supports 2019 and no longer provides updates for 2019.  And....any income tax refund for tax year 2019 has been forfeited--it is too late and the IRS will not pay out the refund even if a 2019 tax return shows one.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
