I purchased a home before getting married. Will it be a problem if I do not change my mortgage/home title to my married name when filing joint taxes?

If I file joint taxes and add property owned before getting married give my spouse automatic partial ownership if I am the only one paying for the mortgage?

No the name is not an issue and when you file a joint return it doesn't matter who makes the mortgage payment.
