In TY2022, I don't remember if you had to register your copy of the desktop software with Intuit which is now the case starting with TY2023. If by chance you did in fact register the software and have a TurboTax account because of that, you would find the software in your accounts profile
If you can TurboTax support on the telephone, as @Anonymous_ suggests, that is probably the most direct route.
Given today being Sunday, or if you have trouble reaching support, you might try this link- from TY 2022 but it assumes you have an account or you retained the license code from your purchased DVD/CD

If you did create an account, you might try the procedure that worked in prior years (again TY2023 introduced a new requirement to create an account and activate the software onl4ine - similar to M/S)
Go to Intuit account recovery page and enter your email address to find other user IDs associated with your email.
