I purchased 2016 TurboTax software (CD) from Costco. How can I upload this into my computer?

You should be able to put the CD into the CD/DVD drive.  If the program doesn't automatically start, you can go to the main menu and file explorer.  Go down the list until you see the drive listed for your CD/DVD drive (probably "D" or "E").  It should say "TurboTax" by the drive.  Click "run" and "install."
