I purchase Home and Business 2022 - yet it charged me for State filing even though said included for free

I purchase Home and Business 2022 - yet it charged me for State filing even though said included for free.  How do I contact Intuit to get refunded what it charged for me the state.

I assumed the same thing.....State seemed to be included. However, I read the cover closely and the small print states that we get a $10 credit toward the $25 fee for the state portion of the software. So we get the state software for $15 instead when we use it and file electronically.
