I pay a lot of money for TurboTax, always fill out the right info, and TurboTax made an error and now I owe the state. I want to speak to a real person to file complaints

TurboTax did not file the appropriate tax documents, (MO-NRI or MO-CR), though I have reviewed and verified all information was accurate. TurboTax simply refused to log the proper documents with the state, and now the state informs me that I owe thousands. Since I pay a lot of money for TurboTax every year and they have guarantees, I should be able to get ahold of someone to get me the proper completed document to send to the state, and should cover any fees since this was TurboTax's error. However, I cannot get ahold of anyone other than AI. I am in need of logging a complaint and getting to the right folks to get the proper documents I paid for.
