I paid my state taxes on line myself. I think now that turbo tax is paying my state taxes from my federal refund. I don't want to pay twice. What do i do?

Your state taxes can't be paid from your federal refund, you have to print and mail your state with the payment included.  The fee you see is the refund processing fee for having your fees taken out of your federal return.  See processing fees below:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301372   See also how to print and mail your return here:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3401713
