I paid money using IRS Account and chose the option 1040 Payment ( first button ) . Where do I specify this in Turbotax ? This is not an estimated payment . And I didnt choose the Extension option.I am not sure how to specify this in 1040 using Turbotax

If you chose the extension option, it is entered as an estimated payment in TurboTax. 

1. Log onto TurboTax.
2. From the left side navigation, select Federal, Deductions & Credits. 
3. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid. Select Income Taxes Paid. 
4. On the Income Taxes Paid screen, select Payments with 2022 federal extension and Start.
5. Continue with the onscreen interview until complete.
