I paid AMT in 2008 on my ESP and I sold the shares 2018. How can I get credit?

Use the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview and use the ISO "Guide me step by step" process to enter the sale. That will create the necessary "reversing" entry over on Form 6251 and if you're due any AMT credit TurboTax should calculate it.
