I paid $60 for "Live Assist" & at least SIX agents & Spvrs. told me it would allow me to speak to a CPA or EA, but all I get are "Live Agents"

I purposely FULLY checked out how I could use Desktop Premier and get free access at any time to a REAL tax expert, not the deceitful "Live Agent" title, which does NOT mean a CPA or EA.

I have spent HOURS putting in a call-back request, only either not to receive a call-back, or get one from a "Live Agent", i.e., NOT a CPA or EA.

When I was able to get a CPA/EA, Turbotax's stupid system would connect me to the East Coast (when I'm in Central), and the CPA would rush & accomplish next to nothing because "my shift is almost over."

Turbotax is dishonest and plays games with their customers, and I've been one for 20 years!

The TurboTax Live Agents are CPA's or EA's (that's a requirement) as are the TurboTax Experts in this forum.  The advantage of the Live Agents is that they can see your return, which we can't in this forum.
