I owed 341 to feds- I got a return of 2558 for the state
And only received 2217

call the state. Turbotax can not help with refund issues because it gets no information about the actual amount refunded.

Something else must have happened. A tax due can NEVER be taken from the other Refund, never. Federal and state are completely separate. Double check your actual federal and state returns.
