TurboTax software is only available for a Windows or Apple personal computer.

Go to this TurboTax website to request a refund for the software purchased from TurboTax - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

You can use TurboTax Online on a Chromebook. The preliminary version of TurboTax Online for 2020 is expected to be available on December 2 (not first thing in the morning).

I want to reset my tax return, but there is no "tax tools" button (or three dots) to click on in order to reset my return. I'm using the Chrome browser
