I never got a state stimulus check or other government stimulus check so what do I do about this

I don't have small children and never claim them so why am I charge with a stimulus check that I never received only the one that everyone got

Not sure what stimulus checks you are referring to.  You have not told us what state you are in so we do not know if there was a check you should have received in your state.  As for federal stimulus checks, there is no federal stimulus check for 2023 and nowhere on a 2023 tax return to enter anything about a stimulus check.  The federal stimulus checks were issued for tax years 2020 and 2021.

Please explain what you are trying to do.
