You will not be charged. The TurboTax online software that you purchased to prepare your taxes gives you the option to mail in your return or e-file for free. If you return was rejected and you have to fix your return and e-file again, it is included in the package that you purchased.

Not true ! My fed and state was rejected twice and was charged each time! Unbelievable..
