I’ve filed for 2019 taxes with you guys I’ve received a letter from irs saying to prove my identity can you please send them the 1040 form again please I can’t get paid till I provide identity

I'm sorry, TurboTax provides the software for taxpayers to file their tax returns, but doesn't have access to taxpayers' returns.

You can print your return with the following instructions:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account and open your online return.

On the left side of your screen, select Tax Tools in the menu.

Select Print Center, then click Print, Save, or Preview This Year's Return.
