Hi, I used Request an IRS payment plan option and paid my federal taxes the IRS website, but I did not use the credit card or pay by debit card options. Due to this, I can noy proceed to step 2 and 3. How can I complete and submit my tax file? Right now, I am at Finish& File last option, I need your assistance. Thanks.
