Yes we are filing a Joint Return.  This is more complicated than I anticipated, and I have 2 deaths in my family and will have to leave Richmond for a few days?

Yes, first go to My Account -> Save and Sign out.  When you log back in, click the orange Take Me to My Return button.  You will then get a landing page with a blue button that says "Pick up where I left off."  TurboTax will automatically save your progress and you can pick up whenever you are ready.
