If you have the TurboTax Expert Assist service, you can connect with a tax expert who can see your screen and help you with your questions as you work on your return. You will see them on your screen, but they will not see you. To do this, click the Get expert help button on your screen to start a one-on-one conversation. 

If you do not have a TurboTax Expert Assist product, you will be prompted to upgrade before connecting with a tax expert.
