There are a couple ways you can do this:https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4233655

Or you can do a Delete a Form:

Click on "My Account" at top of page
Select "Tools"
Select "Delete a Form"
scroll down list and find the 1099 you wish to delete
Click Delete button to the right of it
confirm deletion
Continue back To return.
