Gifts given to an individual are not reported on a US tax return.  Gifts received from an individual are not reported on a US tax return.

If the gift given is greater than $15,000 in a tax year to a single individual, the giver of the gift has to report the gift given to the IRS using Form 709.  There will not be any gift taxes owed if the total of all gifts ever given are less then $11.58 million.

TurboTax does not support IRS Form 709

Go to this IRS website for Form 709 and instructions - https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-709
