No, you will enter the QMID of the property you installed that required you to upgrade your panel. To enter the replacement of your electrical panel:
Take a look at your form 5695. Line 25 to see enabling property is checked, your heat pump is checked, and the cost you entered for the subpanel work.

I was told I couldn’t use the heat pump qmid for electrical. It sounded like bs. But ended up not claiming
