I need to enter the Federal ID No for unemployment. Form 1099-G does not have this information. Do I leave blank or use the State Identification Number?

I need to enter the Federal ID No for unemployment. Form 1099-G does not have this information. Do I leave blank or use the State Identification Number?

The Federal ID on a 1099-G is the same as the Payer's TIN.

This number will be located just below Payer's Name/Adddress.
