I need to download my turbotax premier on my laptop and does not have a slot for the cd. How do I download it?

If you purchased the CD from TurboTax or from another retailer and you do not have a CD drive on your personal computer, then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.  They can push an installation file to your download account.

Use this TurboTax website to check your orders and payments - http://turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/orderstatus/orderstatus.jsp

If your order shows as a CD and download then sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

If the software is not in your download account and/or you have not received the CD then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.  

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
