You can correct your Email by following these steps.

On the left sidebar.

1. Scroll down and select Intuit Account
2. Six boxes will appear
3. Click Sign in & security
4. Your account information, including Phone number and Email are available to be updated.

I have a similar problem.  I am using Turbotax 2025 on my Macbook, and not the web version.   

TurboTax is using an old email address from last year, and won't let me change it to my current one.   My Intuit account uses my current email address.  Intuit has verified the current email address.    How do I get TurboTax on my laptop to stop using my old address?   The old address was used for my 2024 taxes.

Edit: specifically, my "Ohio Information Worksheet" contains a space for my email address.  Unfortunately, it contains my old email address from 2024.   Turbotax does not allow me to change the address.
