I need help getting my 2020 tax return that I filed in 2021 I am approved $1800 but I paid turbo tax for max benefits and am supposed to receive $1500 how do I get it

I was audited by the IRS for identity verification I have a valid ID now so what do I need to do or who do I need to contact?

If the IRS requested that you verify your identity, and you have not done so, you will never receive your refund---unless you verify your identity as requested.   TurboTax cannot help you with that.  This is between you and the IRS.

Sometimes the IRS chooses returns randomly to request verification of identity and sometimes there is something on the return that triggers the request.  No matter why the IRS has required you to verify your identity, you need to follow their instructions in order to receive your refund.  If you do not verify your identity you will not get your refund.
