How do I find out if I've received my stimulus return?

Check your stimulus payment at IRS stimulus website. and click on the Get My Payment button.
If you mean your federal refund including your rebate recovery credit: the IRS begins accepting returns February 12 and will begin processing refunds the following week. You can track your refund at Where's My Refund?
To access an account without the phone number, you can go to Account recovery and include your license picture for help.
