Form 4562 is part of your return file. If you used TurboTax desktop versions, you will need to find your 2017 saved tax file and search for the form. If you are TurboTax Online, click on Tax Tools on the left. Choose Print Center. Choose the tax year and download the PDF.

Form 4562 is used to calculate and track depreciation and amortization.
