It is possible that you may have used another account in the previous year to file your tax return. If you think that is a possibility, you can use this link https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ to recover your account with your phone number. If that doesn't work there is a small blue link at the bottom that says Try something else and if you click on that you can locate your account by using your SSN, name, and birthdate.
