I made estimated tax payments in 2018 but Turbo Tax won't allow me to enter them on the page for entering them

Type in the search/find box -    estimated tax payments     - hit enter and use the Jump to link.  This will take you directly to the page where you enter the estimates you paid for 2018.  Click Update next to Federal estimated taxes (Form 1040ES).  See image attached.
