I'm Trying to see "Msg. from Tax Expert"?

When using Offline Review in LIVE, when your Tax Pro responds, you will receive an email directing you to log back into your TurboTax account.  Once logged in to your Tax Return, you can view your tax expert’s Offline Review message by clicking the red box in the upper right-hand corner that says "EXPERT HELP"

That doesn't work for me. I tried it severa times; all I get is another stock page.
