I'm trying to get a technical question answered (not about taxes, about actually where to find something in the software) and I can't get any help without upgrading

I need to find a simple answer, to what should be a relatively SIMPLE question, and trying to utilize this bloated, ridiculous upgrade-driven software is an absolute pain. The question pertains to last years taxes - and not something I need a 'tax specialist' to help me with.. it's a simple question of how to do something in the software. I'm wasting so much time, trying to get help.. and I'm being FORCED to upgrade because this software is awfully bloated and hard to use.

Try telling us here in the user forum just what information you are trying to find in your 2023 return.
