No. I haven't figured out what's going on with that.
Living in a non tax district (1817), user should not have clicked start at SD Taxes. Apparently, once you erroneously enter the School District Income Tax (SDIT) section of TurboTax (TT), you can't escape.
Try this: when asked for a different SD #, enter any taxing district (e.g. 2305) . That should get you a screen that gives you the choice to include or exclude the SD return. Click exclude.
Alternatively: Go into Tax Tools (left menu bar), then Tools, then Delete form. If you delete the SD 100, the error will go away.
@Hal_Al Are you familiar with Ohio school districts and able to assist here when you are next in the forum? Thanks!

@shaunmh614 Did @Hal_Als solution work out for you? If not, you should send us a token for us to investigate.
If you're using TurboTax Online, follow the directions below:
1. Sign into your online account.
2. Locate the Tax Tools on the left hand side of the screen.
3. A Drop down will appear. Click on Share my file with agent.
5. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK, the tax file gets sanitized and transmitted to us.
6. Please provide the Token Number that was generated onto a response.
Thank you! I hope to hear from you soon.

I ended up calling a TurboTax agent, and she resolved it for me.
