I was upgraded for capital gains for sale of my home but do not qualify for capital gains.  Not paying for a service I don't qualify for.

I'm sorry to inform you but if its the downloaded product then you already purchased it, If you are online then the only thing you can do is clear and start over, it will help you get out of that package but just warning you it will clear all the information that you have already put in except for the personal information
