TurboTax does not process a tax payment.

If you have taxes owed and were able to select direct debit from your bank account for the taxes owed, that information is sent with the e-filed tax return.  The IRS will debit your account based on the information you provided.

Print your tax return.  The first page is a filing instructions page, and it will tell you how you elected to pay your taxes.   You can pay online if the direct debit did not go through.   State DOR offices

I assume you mean did TurboTax properly submit your forms.

You will get a status report from the IRS and state , I believe , within 24hours.
