I'm in the federal review, asking me to go over a 1099-NEC. My wife has a 1099-NEC with all info. In the review its practically blank with my name. What's the issue?

Your wife's was probably started twice, creating two entries. If it doesn't belong on your return, you should delete the blank 1099-NEC. But, you'll need to exit the review to do so.
