I'm in middle of divorce and filing MFS for that reason. My KY state tax filing is asking for my souse's AGI but I do not have that info. Am I unable to file?

When you get ready to file, indicate that you each filed your own returns last year. Then, enter the 2022 adjusted gross income (AGI) from each spouse's respective return.

To prevent a rejection, don't combine your 2022 AGIs into a single number.

If you and/or your spouse didn’t file last year and you’re in TurboTax, indicate such when we ask. But if you’ve already entered a number for your AGI, manually enter 0 instead.
