I’m trying to log in and complete my taxes but I’m having difficulty logging in and I don’t want to lock myself out the account

I've connected my Wells Fargo account, but it says the tax forms aren't ready for import yet. However, I can clearly see the forms when I log into my Wells Fargo account?
