AGI isn't on your W2. You'll find it on line 11 of your 2020 Form 1040.  If you don't have it handy (but you ALWAYS should keep a copy), you can go here, create an account, and view/download it. Hope this is helpful. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
