I'm getting a message that says, "You'll need to upload HBC as a PDF to electronically file your Alabama tax return." I have no idea what an HBC is???

You selected that you are saving money to buy a home using a special savings account that qualifies for a credit. You are not currently a home owner and have not been for 10 years. The credit is good for 5 years.

For more on the homebuyer credit, see here. You would need to upload the related paperwork from the bank.

If this is not the case, return to your AL input and deselect the option.
