I'm a trustee, doing my deceased parents final tax return. How do I import their tax forms from Fidelity? I have authorization on their accounts.

I can see their tax forms when I log in to my account. I contacted Fidelity and they say it's a Turbo Tax issue.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
