The child is my dependent with me full time I get TAF money every month but zero child support father is unknown

Sorry--no.   If you did not have income from working in 2023 you are not eligible for any child-related credits like earned income credit or child tax credit.  There has only been one tax year in which you could get the child tax credit without earning any income. That was for 2021, and the laws changed after that year.
