I'm 24, recent graduate. Can my parents claim me as a dependent?
if I was a FT student in the spring 2016. They paid for rent during that time. I started working my Full time job in July and have been paying for my own expenses.

If you made more than $4050 in 2016, they can't claim you. You were too old to be a qualifying child and made too much to be a qualifying relative.

And just so you know - the age criteria is based on your age as of December 31st of the tax year. Once you become 24 (as of 12/31), your student status is no longer relevant to being claimed as a dependent.
