If you are using the TurboTax app on your iPad there is no license code since you are using a mobile device and accessing the TurboTax online editions which do not require a license code.

The License code is needed only you when you purchase the TurboTax software to be installed on a personal computer, desktop or laptop.

Purchased and downloaded 2023 TT software for PC but cannot open. How do I get to a window that allows input of the license number?
