I keep getting a check this entry for Qualified educator expenses. I am not, nor have I ever been an educator. Why am I getting this?

Educator Smrt Wks Ln B-SP for deductions. I did not put anything for this.

Go to the page that asks you if you are an Educator and/or the page where you enter Educators Expense.  While on this page, click on VIEW on the menu at the top left side.  Then click on FORMS.  Look to see if you  entered anything that doesn't belong there. You may have incorrectly answered a question or accidentally entered something regarding Teachers.
