I just installed an update and it wants the product key. I put in the correct product key but it says it's invalid. I copied the key from my account on the web site.

Is it possible to provide more details regarding the issue. Can you help us with exact error code shown on the activation screen. Error code might vary from 603/606/607 . And also product platform(Win/Mac)?
