I just found out that the IRS was given an executive order not to enforce any of the fines for not having insurance. I filed my return yesterday and was fined $695.

What do I have to do to get that $695 back? My return is already been e-filed and is being processed.

No such Executive Order has been issued. An Order was issued that in effect directed Executive Departments to see what they could do, but nothing has been done yet, nor is there any indication that whatever will be done will be retroactive.
