I just filed my federal tax. I owe on it and set up a payment arrangement. I was supposed to have $1.00 debited from my checking account today but it changed zero. Why?

It takes a good while for the IRS to approve a payment plan, so you will have to wait to get the approval before expecting to see a withdrawal.
